Hawaiian Coffee

The Aloha State is the only state in the United States where coffee is grown as a commercial crop. Hawaii's tropical micro-climates, mountinous terrain and unique volcanic soil characteristics converge to create the perfect conditons for the cultivation of coffee trees. Let's explore the many districts of Hawaii where coffee is produced and roasted: Kona, Hamakua, Hilo, Puna and Ka'u. Much like wine, each district imparts distinct "Terroir" that is as unique as one's finger print.
I invite each of you to share your Hawaiian Coffee experience. Thank you in advance for your participation.
